Harris Kyriakides was born and raised in Larnaca. He obtained a law degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He was admitted to the Cyprus Bar and founded our firm in Larnaca in 1976, becoming widely recognised as one of the leading members of the legal profession in Cyprus.
With a career spanning almost five decades, Harris Kyriakides was an exemplary practitioner and a true visionary. He had a remarkable work ethic and tireless determination to constantly pursue excellence and progress in every aspect of his practice. He singlehandedly embarked on a remarkable journey that would shape the future of our firm, gaining colleagues along the way, mentoring a significant number of professionals and creating a team of highly motivated and skilled practitioners. He had a key strategic role in the management of the firm and he specialised in real estate, commercial transactions and litigation.
Combining his legal and strategic thinking with a profound understanding of the market, the industries, organisations, as well as the individuals he advised and represented, he carved for himself, our firm and our clients a clear path towards continuous success within a strong framework of fundamental principles. He embodied, demonstrated and inspired integrity, honesty, determination and professionalism. His commitment to building lasting relationships with clients and providing exceptional services were key to his personal and our collective success and have left an indelible mark on our organisation.
As we navigate ever-changing conditions in the legal, corporate, commercial and technological landscape, we do so with deep gratitude and reverence for his memory, being proud of his achievements and resolute in continuously working to expanding his vision and carrying forward his legacy. The Harris Kyriakides Foundaiton
The Harris Kyriakides Foundation was established in 2024 in memory of Harris Kyriakides, aiming to honour the legacy of his distinguished legal career and his vision for continuous education and professional development in the legal field. The foundation is dedicated to continuing his commitment to the core values underpinning his professional and personal life, striving towards excellence, life-long learning and giving back to the community, through a series of annual initiatives and activities.
