The Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver has announced further measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Following the announcement dated 13 March 2020 in relation to the subject above, the Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver announces that the cash registers of the Department are functioning normally with the only restriction of only one person being served at a time. The administrators of the Department will not accept the public for service.
For any procedures in relation to trademarks and patents where the deadlines for submission has expired on the 13 March 2020, the document can be submitted today or tomorrow with a request to extend the deadline.
It has been further announced that the Electronic System can be used for finalization of any pending tasks.
