We are really proud of our partner, Mr Michael Kyriakides, who presented at the Second International Tax Congress in Moscow.
Moscow International Tax Congress assembled high-qualified experts in the field of taxation (partners of the law firms) from United States, Greece, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Cyprus and Russia, as well as representatives of the Russian state authorities and businesses.
During the Congress the tax specialists discussed the topical issues of Russian and International Tax Law, as well as the development of current systems of taxation in Russia and abroad.
The participants discussed among others the issues of automatic exchange of tax information, international tax planning, personal liability of companies’ directors for tax avoidance, recent amendments to foreign tax legislation and legal cases on tax disputes of current interest.
