We were delighted to welcome the Summer 2019 internship class at our head offices in Larnaca.
For yet another year, Harris Kyriakides LLC has run an internship programme, inviting students from all of the world to participate in a 3 week internship programme at our head offices in Larnaca.
This year the selected team comprised students from universities such as Oxford, Cambridge, University College London, Southampton, Nottingham, Newcastle, King’s College London, Bristol, UCLan and the University of Cyprus. They worked on several individual research projects on matters of their professional interest, with emphasis on Cyprus law, as well as a joint research project concerning interim remedies. The group also visited the Supreme Court of Cyprus and the Nicosia District Court, where they had the opportunity to observe civil and criminal practice and facilities. During the internship period, the interns also had the opportunity to assist associates of the firm and participate in a number of the firm’s day to day activities. The group rated the overall experience at the firm delightful by gaining invaluable career experience.
