Antonis Theodosiou is a Junior Associate of the Corporate Dispute Resolution Department at Harris Kyriakides LLC. He specialises in fraud and asset tracing, disclosure and freezing injunctions at a multinational level. Moreover, he has experience working with matters related to banking, finance and regulatory litigation and corporate administration and compliance. Antonis has previously served as a research assistant in the Department of Law of the University of Cyprus, where he was engaged in comparative research assigned and endorsed by the House of Representatives, and co-authored a book chapter on constitutional rights, later published by Sakkoulas publications.

Recent Work:

  • Involved in shareholders’ litigation ultimately related to the control and ownership of a multimillion oil business;
  • Involved in a committal application against a foreign entrepreneur for breach of an asset freezing order; and
  • Regularly deals with actions of multinational character which usually includes challenges of the Cyprus Courts’ international jurisdiction, the validity of an out-of-the-jurisdiction service and interlocutory protective measures.
