Maria Afxentiou is a Senior Associate of Corporate Dispute Resolution Department at Harris Kyriakides.
She has experience in commercial and corporate litigation. She specialises in the issuance of injunctive relief in support of both domestic and foreign proceedings, such as freezing orders, asset tracing orders, gaging orders, non-destruction orders and disclosure orders. She also deals with shareholders disputes, fraud and conspiracy claims as well as liquidation petitions.
