Harris Kyriakides' Employment team recently presented a webinar, entitled ‘Termination of Employment during the COVID -19 Pandemic’.
This webinar considered aspects of the Termination of Employment Law in Cyprus (24/1967) with reference to the fair reasons for dismissal of an employee by the employer in connection with the relevant case law of the Cyprus Courts and discussed collective dismissals during the COVID-19 pandemic.
