Experience
- Advised Petrolina Group, in a landmark acquisition from ExxonMobil of over 75.000 square meters of seaside land in southeast Larnaca - one of the most significant real estate deals in Cyprus in 2021. The land, previously used as fuel terminals and petroleum facilities, unlocks enormous possibilities for land development in the area for the Petrolina Group and creates solid foundations for future growth in the city of Larnaca.
- Successfully litigated several actions for repossession, including applications for summary judgment and interim orders, with the competent court also awarding mean profits for the period of time that the trespasser unlawfully occupied the property of our clients.
- Successful award for damages in favour of our client in an architectural malpractice action.
