HK Seminar - “New litigation trends and challenges for banks and credit acquiring companies”

On 15th June 2023 HARRIS KYRIAKIDES successfully hosted the seminar titled “New litigation trends and challenges for banks and credit acquiring companies”.

During the event, a diverse range of topics were covered, including enforcement measures and effectiveness of court judgments, new civil procedure rules, current NPL status in Greece and Cyprus, foreclosures and the contemplated bill on special court for foreclosure.
